1 Corinthians 3

16Surely you know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you! 17So if anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you yourselves are his temple.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17GNBOpen in Bible reader

Jesus came to the world to free people from slavery. He brings a new social order where every man, woman and child has the right to be treated justly and humanely.

The Son of Man did not come to be a slave master, but a slave who will give his life to rescue many  people.

God paid a great price for you. So don’t become slaves of anyone else.

All of you know that you are God’s temple and that his Spirit lives in you. Together you are God’s holy  temple, and God will destroy anyone who destroys his temple.
