365 – This is the number of days in a normal year. It is also the number of times we read in the Bible: “Fear not” or “do not be afraid”.
Are you currently facing a fear in your life that threatens to overwhelm you? Do you fear that your marriage will end up in a divorce, that you will be laid off at work or that you will not be able to pay your bills at the end of the month? In that case, listen again to five of the 365 verses that will sustain you throughout this year:
Psalm 27: 1: “The Lord is my Light and my Salvation–whom shall I fear or dread? The Lord is the Refuge and Stronghold of my life–of whom shall I be afraid?” Isaiah 35:4: “Say to those who are of a fearful and hasty heart, Be strong, fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance; with the recompense of God He will come and save you.” Isaiah 41:10: “Fear not, for I amwith you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Matthew 10:31: “So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” John 14:27: “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
God is present every day of the year to carry you through any difficult situation. He has solutions to challenges you have not even faced yet. Trust Him to make a way where it seems impossible. Remember, “Do not be afraid.” God bless.
