*Psalms 13

₁Lord, how long will You forget me?

How long will You turn

your face and hide from me?

₂How long must I worry

and suffer all day?

How long will my enemies

think they are stronger than I am?

₃Lord my God, please listen

and answer me.

Look at me and give me new life,

so that I will not die.

₄Then my enemies will not say

that they have defeated me,

and then they will not be happy

because I have fallen.

₅I will always trust in You

because You are faithful.

I will rejoice because You have saved me.

₆I will sing to the Lord

because He is good to me.
