The offerings on the New-year-feast
1The Lord said to Moses: ‘On the first day of the 7th month you must come together and consecrate yourselves. On that day you may not do any work that you do on other days. 2You must sacrifice a burnt-offering to the Lord that pleases Him. It must be a bull, a sheep ram and 7 ram-lambs that are one-year-old. They must be healthy. 3You must give them with the grain-offering that has to be given with every burnt-offering. The grain-offering must be the best flour that you have mixed with olive oil. It must be 3 10ths of an ephah of flour with the bull, 2 10ths of an ephah of flour with the sheep ram 4and one 10th of an ephah of flour with each lamb. 5You must also give a goat-ram for a sin-offering to make atonement for you. 6You must bring these offerings with the burnt-offering on the New-moon-feast and the grain-offering that you bring with the burnt-offering. You must sacrifice these with the burnt-offering that you bring every day and bring the grain-offering that you have to bring with the burnt-offering and the drink-offerings that must be with all the offerings. You must do this as the Lord told you. This offering pleases the Lord. It is a burnt-offering for Him.’
Offerings on the Day_of_atonement
7The Lord said to Moses: ‘On the 10th day of the 7th month you must all come together and you must consecrate yourselves to the Lord. You may not eat or do any work that you do on other days. 8You must sacrifice a burnt-offering to the Lord that pleases Him. It must be a bull, a sheep ram and 7 ram-lambs that are one-year-old. They must be healthy. 9You must give them with the grain-offering that is with the burnt-offering. With the bull you must give 3 10ths of an ephah of the best flour that you have mixed with olive oil, and with the sheep ram you must give 2 10ths of an ephah of flour. 10With each lamb you must give one 10th of an ephah of flour. 11You must also give a goat-ram for a sin-offering to make atonement. You must give these offerings with the burnt-offering that you bring every day and the wheat-offering that has to be given with the burnt-offering and the drink-offering that you must give with each offering.’
The offerings on the Feast_of_shelters
12The Lord said to Moses: ‘On the 15th day of the 7th month you must come together and consecrate yourselves. On that day you may not do work that you do on other days. You must celebrate this feast for the Lord for 7 days.
13-34You must give bulls, sheep rams and ram-lambs every day. They must be healthy. It must be for a burnt-offering, a fire-offering that pleases Me. With the fire-offering you must give a grain-offering from the best flour that you have mixed with olive oil. With each bull you must give 3 10ths of an ephah of flour, with each sheep ram you must give 2 10ths of an ephah of flour and with each lamb you must give one 10th of an ephah of flour. You must also give a goat-ram for the sin-offering every day. You must give these offerings with the burnt-offerings that you have to give every day and the grain-offering and drink-offering that you have to give with the burnt-offering.
On the first day you must sacrifice 13 bulls, 2 sheep rams and 14 lambs, on the 2nd day you must give 12 bulls, 2 rams and 14 lambs, on the 3rd day you must give 11 bulls, 2 rams and 14 lambs, on the 4th day 10 bulls, 2 rams and 14 lambs.
On the 5th day you must give 9 bulls, 2 rams and 14 lambs, on the 6th day you must give 8 bulls, 2 rams and 14 lambs, on the 7th day you must give 7 bulls, 2 rams and 14 lambs.
35On the 8th day you must have a holy feast. You may not do the work that you do on other days. 36You must give a burnt-offering. It is a fire-offering that pleases Me. The burnt-offering must be a bull, a sheep ram and 7 ram-lambs that are one-year-old. They must all be healthy.
37With the burnt-offering you must give the grain-offering and drink-offering that always has to be given with every offering. You must give it with each bull, ram and lamb as the Lord said.
38You must also give a goat-ram for a sin-offering. You must give these offerings with the burnt-offering that you bring every day and the grain-offering and the drink-offering that you have to bring with the burnt-offering.
39These are the offerings that you must sacrifice to the Lord when you celebrate a feast. You must give burnt-offerings, grain-offerings, drink-offerings and meal-offerings and also sacrifice vow-offerings and other offerings that you decide to give to Him.’
40Moses told the Israelites everything that the Lord said to him.
